She has a Certificate in Business Management (Pretoria Technikon) and a National Diploma in Office Management and Technology from Tshwane University of Technology in Pretoria, currently studying for a Strategic Management course with UNISA.

Ms. Sandra Kaise was previously in charge of Human Capital function since joining Reakgona in 2005. She has further equipped herself with in depth knowledge in strategy and the Balance Scorecard by attending high profile powerful Bootcamp workshops with Palladium Kaplan-Norton Certification in association with Harvard University held in Botswana.
