In 2012, Reakgona Group bought 51% equity stake in Zukratrix logistics, a company with over 4 years experience in moving of hazardous bulk liquid chemicals such as chlorine, sodium hypo, caustic lye etc. Given Reakgona’s frontier markets such as petroleum and chemicals, it came as a strategic fit for Reakgona to back-integrate through an acquisitive route as part of enhancing the group’s value chain abilities and building internal capabilities for competitive advantage.
